(hereinafter "Proadei"), located at Albino Espinosa number 401 West, Centro, Monterrey, Postal Code 64000, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for collecting personal data, determining their use, and ensuring their protection. If you provide us with personal data of third parties, you guarantee and are responsible for ensuring that the third parties have accepted such transfer. The data you provide will be used for primary purposes to provide the services based on the client's instructions; to inform our correspondents, advisors, partners, clients, employees, or professionals, and suppliers and service providers, including but not limited to notaries and public brokers, translators, and experts in various fields, of the necessary information to carry out our activities; and to comply with the corresponding legal and tax obligations. Your data may also be used as a secondary purpose to evaluate the quality of the service provided, either directly by Proadei or through third parties. b) Suppliers and service providers: The personal data we will collect from you include name and contact details such as address, phone, office phone, mobile phone, and email; work-related data such as occupation, workplace, position, and images, photographs, sounds, voice, and video. Additionally, we will require asset-related data, such as your Federal Tax ID and tax information for billing, bank details, and account numbers, among others. The personal data we collect will be used for billing, payment, and all purposes related to the business relationship we enter into with you, as well as the preparation of internal administrative records. c) Individuals interested in joining our team: The personal data we will collect from you include name and contact details such as address, phone, office phone, fax number, mobile phone, and email, among others; work-related data such as current and previous occupation, workplace, position, and academic data. The data provided will be primarily used, as appropriate, for all purposes related to recruitment, selection, and reference verification. d) Other holders of personal data, including visitors to our offices: Depending on the relationship with Proadei, we may collect, among others, name and contact details such as address, phone, office phone, mobile phone, and email, among others; work-related data such as occupation, workplace, position, among others, and images, photographs, sounds, voice, and video. The data provided will be used for registration in our offices. e) Collaborators: The personal data we will collect from you include identification data, contact data, academic data, professional data, work-related data, personal asset and/or financial data, tax data, data about third parties as personal references, as well as information collected from the recruitment and hiring process. Proadei may process identification and contact personal data of third parties when you provide us with this information so that these third parties can be contacted as your references and emergency contacts. Please be informed that by providing this information, you acknowledge having informed these third parties about the use of their data and having obtained their consent for Proadei to contact them for the aforementioned purposes. The personal data we collect from collaborators are necessary to carry out internal processes in the human resources area within Proadei, including having contact information for employees, as well as work and academic backgrounds and information necessary to comply with the legal obligations arising from the employment relationship that Proadei maintains with its employees before various authorities, including, but not limited to, the Mexican Social Security Institute, the National Workers' Housing Fund Institute, the National Commission of the Retirement Savings System, and the Tax Administration Service. Additionally, for the registration, hiring, and/or cancellation of life insurance, health insurance, and those to which you are entitled according to the position held. Please be informed that Proadei may process sensitive data about your health, including disabilities, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
